On March 22nd ,, we celebrated Jessie Blodgett who would have been 28 years old and honored her memory by spreading a simple but powerful message in our community: love is greater than hate. We traveled 36 miles to 4 communities with 21 volunteers to distribute awareness posters to 48 local businesses. These materials, aimed to provide resources for both victims and offenders of domestic violence and sexual assault, will have a life-changing impact within these communities. Thank you to The Love > hate Project and Friends, Inc. We are all in this to save lives!

The Volunteer Center of Washington County has this event to celebrate the impressive impact volunteers have on our communities. The nine award categories recognize the volunteer contributions of local individuals, duos, businesses, and groups. Be the reason some smiles today!
Recently, we celebrated National Homemade Soup Day (yup, it's a thing!) with proceeds benefiting our lunchtime visitors from the Humane Society of Washington County. Thanks to all that made soup - and to those that dined! We raised almost $400 for our furry friends at WCHS!

Community support in action last week at our HQ! There was a fun and spicy competition at our Chili Cookoff supporting the United Way Of Washington County. We raised over $500 at this event as part of our annual campaign drive. #communitysupport
