With Safety as our #1 core value, the E2 Family has a unique way of giving back to the community each year that combines safety awareness with supporting a cause close to our hearts. Our Near Miss/Hazard Recognition program is an employee-created program that encourages and incentivizes our employees to report near misses and hazard concerns on their sites. For each file reported, E2 Optics donates to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a nonprofit organization that allows families to seek medical treatment for their children at no cost. We are excited to announce that 2024 was a record year with the largest number of reports turned in by our teams. These reports allow our team to run trend analysis on the data to recognize concerns and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe work environment on all our sites. Thank you to our teams for helping bring in another banner year to celebrate 5 years of our Near Miss/Hazard Recognition program! Our Phoenix team has been involved in their local Toys for Tots drive for three years, collecting donations for this wonderful cause.
