Elliott Group announced April 1 that Takanobu Miyaki has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding outgoing CEO, Michael Lordi, who has retired after 35 years with Elliott Group. Mr. Miyaki transferred from parent company Ebara Corporation to Elliott in 2014 to serve as Director, Corporate Development. In this role, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Elliott’s Cryodynamic Products business. Elliott also announced the appointment of Shane Reph as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He brings a wealth of knowledge in business- and customer-focused roles gained over more than 30 years in the turbomachinery industry. Mr. Reph joined Elliott in 2011 as Director of Engineered Solutions, and over the next nine years, directed the activities of three of Elliott’s core Global Service businesses before being appointed Vice President of Global Service in 2020.
Elliott is proud to have taken part in this project, building three of the largest compressors powered by a large steam turbine in support of this important initiative. Seeing it being commissioned is incredibly satisfying. #turbomachinery #compressor #ethylene #CGC

Elliott has been named the 2020 Business of the Year by the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce. The award was based on secret nominations by other member companies throughout the county, followed by a rigorous review and selection process. Community involvement was an important consideration. We are proud of our employees for making this award possible.
We are growing again! The former Jeannette Glass factory site will become Elliott’s new, state of the art testing facility for our Cryodynamics Products. The site is right down the street from Elliott’s Jeannette headquarters. On December 3, 2019, state and local government representatives gathered together with Elliott company leaders to celebrate at the official groundbreaking ceremony.
