Elsevier is listed as one of the 28 Best Remote-Friendly Companies For Women in 2021. A recent study by the National Women’s Law Center found that all of the 140,000 jobs lost in December belonged to women. Since February 2020, women have accounted for the majority of the pandemic-related job losses (over 5.4 million net jobs), with approximately 1 in 16 women ages 20 and over (6.3%) facing unemployment by December. FlexJobs developed a list of the 28 of the best remote-friendly companies for women.
