European Wax Center Introduces EWC Rewards And New Guest App!

We’re committed to discovering and refining the kind of talent needed to become a great Wax Specialist—because great Wax Specialists and their expertise help our guests reveal beautiful skin and feel like their true selves. Because we believe the right education is key, European Wax Center is partnering with Beauty Changes Lives to offer the “Experts in Wax” Scholarship, which is intended to provide an educational opportunity for all current or newly enrolled students of an esthetics or cosmetology program at an accredited school in the U.S. to help offset the cost of tuition. These scholarships help the recipients refine their skills, embrace a career in the personal care industry and become the experts we know they can be so they can help bring out the confidence in their clients.
As we’ve rolled out our new values, our Operations team has been brainstorming ways in which we can show we live these values every day and continue to spread our culture throughout the network. EWC Franchisees & Franchise Business Consultant in the Chicagoland area committed their time to the Greater Chicago Food Depository re-packing 4,000 lbs of bell peppers for nearly 700 different soup kitchens and food shelters . This equated to 3,347 meals and based upon the volunteers there, each volunteer packed 111 meals each. It was a great experience and each Franchisee was so quick to say “I’d love to attend and help” when we posed the idea a few weeks ago. Through our partnership with DCC we connected with The Gatehouse and Salvation Army as domestic violence was at an all-time high during the pandemic and these 2 nonprofits focus on helping women get back on their feet and find and experience confidence in themselves again! And that’s the heart of what we do at European Wax Center is promote confidence!

At European Wax Center, we believe in doing the right thing and caring about our communities.
