We are proud to present the sixth annual cohort of The A Effect Ambition Challenge, which aims to help women demonstrate their ambition and maximize their potential by learning new strategies to enhance self-confidence, take risks, and develop influence. This year, we also welcome the first cohort of the Leadership Challenge, a program designed for middle managers who want to broaden their strategic perspective. This month, 24 of our colleagues started their journey in this exciting program, and we are proud to support them through this learning experience! Currently, women represent about 38% of employees in management positions, meaning that we’re well on the way to achieving our goal of reaching 40% representation by 2026. Since 2019, 118 women at Fiera Capital have participated in this unique learning opportunity, advancing this DE&I goal by empowering women to embrace their leadership potential.

We are pleased to announce that Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) has chosen Fiera Capital to manage C$600M on its behalf. This investment represents two new mandates of C$300M each that will be allocated Fiera Capital’s Active and Strategic Fixed Income – Active Government Universe strategy, managed by Charles Lefebvre, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Fiera Atlas Global Companies strategy, managed by Simon Steele (Chartered FCSI), Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, Head of Fiera Atlas Global Companies Team.
