Last month our Talent Acquisition team hosted two events, inviting professionals across a variety of industries to join us at our NYC HQ to hear Flatiron speakers discuss topics ranging from research data products to career progression at Flatiron. At our ‘Open House: Meet the Teams at Flatiron Health’ event on November 8th, the TA team hosted a panel discussion with Flatiron team members Marc Balke, Raina Mathur, and Julia Tedesco. Each panelist shared their experiences navigating career progression, hybrid work flexibility, and all things life at Flatiron. The event included opportunities for our attendees to meet and network with members of various Flatiron teams, and other professionals with a passion for cancer care and research. During our ‘Data Dialogues: Shaping the Future of Cancer Care with Data Science’ event on November 15th, data professionals joined us for a series of dynamic lighting talks from Flatiron Data Science team members Sam Wilkinson, Victoria Ritvo, Auriane Blarre, Natalie Roher, and Helena Hay. 63 data professionals had the opportunity to learn about our next generation of research data products, machine learning models, and innovative technical solutions built to empower oncologists to deliver world-class care. A huge thank you to all those that attended and a special shoutout to our Flatiron team members who participated!
