In response to COVID-19, we've made some important changes to our work environment and hiring process to ensure that our employees and our candidates stay safe. See below for more details. Support for fully remote work A vast majority of Forward Financing employees are working from home and we are using Zoom, Slack, Google Hangouts, phone and more to keep our community connected and to effectively communicate. While working from home will be the norm for the foreseeable future, we have recently opened our Boston office for a small number of employees to work in a safe, socially distant environment. Flexible and virtual recruiting processes We are currently hiring for select positions across the company and we have implemented a fully virtual recruitment process. All candidate interviews will take place via phone or Zoom for the foreseeable future. Our goal is to share as much information with you about our company, culture, and mission as possible, and we look forward to learning about your background and goals.
