Meet Wendy LaBate, Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations. Wendy's been with Genesis for almost 40 years! Wendy furthered her education while with us and was able to assume positions of increased responsibility, while remaining an employee, because of the many career paths we offer. She started as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) earning while she was learning as a nursing school student.
