Genesis is fighting to end hashtag#ENDALZ. We value and appreciate our Genesis teams that participated in the Alzheimer’s Walk along with our employees who provide daily compassionate patient care in our Genesis Memory Support Units throughout our nationwide footprint.

Members of Genesis, including colleagues from Genesis Rehab Services, Genesis Physician Services, and PowerBack Rehabilitation, participated in the American Heart Association's Philadelphia Heart Walk on Saturday, October 27, 2018. The Genesis team raised over $12,000 (and counting!). This annual walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. Donations to the American Heart Association (AHA) help scientists develop lifesaving breakthroughs. Many of the advancements that benefit our patients, co-workers, and loved ones are the direct result of AHA funded research. These breakthroughs include: the artificial heart valve, statin drugs, CPR guidelines, and pacemakers.
PowerBack is Powering Forward with the opening of it's 12th location now in Exton, PA!
Kudos to Chief Nursing Officer, JoAnne Reifsnyder, (center) who received a certificate of appreciation for recently presenting, “What's New in Post Acute Care Continuum?” at the Philippine Nurses Association of America's (PNAA) 39th Annual National Convention in Jersey City, NJ. JoAnne was joined at PNAA by fellow Genesis colleague Dino Doliente III, MBA, BSN, RN (right). Dino is the Director of Reimbursement Services and also happens to be the outgoing President of PNAA, serving as its leader from 2016-2018. The keynote speaker at the annual PNAA convention was Dr. Pamela Cipriano, President of the American Nurses Association, (not pictured) who spoke on “Nurses Leading in a Changing World”. Our mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high quality healthcare and everyday compassion is supported through our membership & collaboration with nursing and health care associations like PNAA that promote professional excellence and contribute to significant outcomes to healthcare and society.
Genesis is proud to be a longtime supporter of NADONA. (National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration). Together we can achieve great results!
