Futurero'23 update! After 4 months of extensive training, our Young Data Ambassadors (YoDAs) are soon going to kick off their journey with Genpact as employees. To mark this exciting new beginning, we proudly held a graduation ceremony on June 30th. There, we celebrated each YoDA’s unique journey, applauded outstanding performances, and recognized the hard work and dedication of the program team and squad leaders.

As part of our Futurero'23 learning program, 264 bright young talents fresh out of college are undergoing a well-curated development program for 16 weeks on technical skills, spatial consciousness, and intrapreneurial mindset. The program is live in our Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices and was launched by Sunil Krishnareddy, Suresh Srinivasan, Prasenjit Ghosh, Brinda Murty, Jacintha Jayachandran, and Giriraj Somani.
