🩸 Wearing red is a small gesture, but it stands for something much bigger. World Hemophilia Day brings our teams together across sites to show a shared commitment to the bleeding disorders community. It’s a way of recognizing the importance of improving diagnosis, expanding access to care and continuing to support patients, wherever they are. Days like this are also a reminder of why we do what we do. Behind every diagnosis there is a person, a family and a story that deserves to move forward. Being part of that journey, even in a small way, is what gives real meaning to our work. #WorldHemophiliaDay #Hemophilia #BleedingDisorders

Participants recently gathered in Barcelona to learn, connect and reflect on the unique impact they can make within Grifols. This edition featured a new job shadowing initiative where our GROW alumni shared their experiences with current or former participants, building a community of support as these individuals navigate their own career paths. Neuroscience insight sessions were also incorporated, offering practical, science based tools to improve self-awareness, decision-making, and leadership development based tools to improve selfawareness, decisionmaking, and leadership development. We aren't just looking at where they are today, but at the incredible impact they will have tomorrow.

Did you know that there is no universal sign language? There are hundreds of sign languages around the world, each shaped by its culture and community. In recognition of this diversity, our headquarters in Ireland celebrated International Day of Sign Languages with an interesting inclusive communication activity, led by one of our colleagues from the deaf community. She shared her personal journey, provided information about deaf culture, and even taught employees some Irish sign language. 📌 “Being deaf since birth, I wasn't sure how I would manage to communicate with international teams... But with the support of my interpreter and my bosses, I have been able to thrive, learn, and grow...” That's life at Grifols, a company where all employees can thrive, contribute, and grow. #WeAreGrifols #inclusion #InternationalDayOfSignLanguages
