Christmas spirit starts to fly high, and it was time for our team in Dublin to take action with Team Hope's Christmas Shoebox Appeal under our own Adas lead and story. "I grew up in the 90s in post-Soviet Lithuania. My family, as well as many others at the time, faced a lot of struggles. One Christmas, we received present filled shoeboxes. It was exhilarating, and I can remember that day vividly. Several years later, in search of a better life, our family immigrated to Ireland when I was 14. I soon learned about an organization (Team Hope) that works to collect and send Christmas shoeboxes to countries where people face poverty. They aim to provide love and hope to children in stressful situations. I've been making Christmas shoeboxes since then." It was all hands on deck! Every shoebox has to be checked for customs purposes and to make sure that there is nothing in there that would upset a child. It's exciting to see all the shoeboxes come in, knowing that the next person who opens the shoebox will be a deserving child. #guidewiregivesback #insideguidewire

After needing 13 liters of blood for a surgery at the age of 13, a man named James Harrison pledged to donate blood once he turned 18. It was discovered that his blood contained a rare antigen which cured Rhesus disease. He gave blood 1,000 times and saved 2,000,000 lives. You can do the same. Together. #insideguidewire
