We are so excited to announce that we are teaming up with Udelv to launch a pilot program testing delivery service from a vehicle with self-driving technology. The pilot taking place later this year will involve one autonomous van with driverless technology, serving our customers near the Olmos Park H-E-B. This is one of many innovative technologies we plan on using to enhance our digital offerings in Texas to better meet the evolving needs and expectations of our customers.
Today we announced the opening of our Eastside Tech Hub — a state-of-the-art, East Austin office for the growing team of Austin-based H-E-B Digital Partners, as well as the new headquarters for Favor, the Austin-based on-demand delivery company that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of H-E-B. Complementing the existing H-E-B Digital team at H-E-B’s headquarters in San Antonio, the Eastside Tech Hub further accelerates our path toward becoming the digital industry leader in Texas!

Charles, we are proud to be your Partner!
Here, we are relentlessly dissatisfied with the present. “Grocers ... would never be accused of being the first out of the gate for anything... H-E-B was always kind of an exception to (the) rule. ... They never rest on their laurels.”
