Our HairClub team participated in a Holiday Toy Drive! We cannot begin to thank everyone who participated in this year’s Holiday Toy Drive. Because of you, several children could forget their worries and truly enjoy the holiday season. We couldn’t have gotten so many toys out to so many families in need without you! We wish you peace and joy this holiday season and throughout this coming year! #toydrive #holiday2022 #giveback #happyholidays #merrychristmas #hairclubcareers

July is Disability Pride Month, but that can mean various things to different people. Below is the Disability Pride Flag & the meanings of the colors: ❤️ Red: Physical disabilities 💛 Yellow: Cognitive and intellectual disabilities 🤍 White: Invisible and undiagnosed disabilities 💙 Blue: Mental illness 💚 Green: Sensory perception disabilities Here are 3 ways to create Inclusiveness in the work place: 1. Recognize and address Disability Pride month at your all team call, internal newsletter or your companies team chat. 2. Provide resources for education on Disability Pride. AmeriDisability and Disability Pride NYC are excellent resources and additional tools for people with disabilities and allies. 3. Amplify voices from people with disabilities. Share stories of people with disabilities, how they embrace their individuality, and the obstacles they face daily. What do you do to create an environment that makes those with disabilities feel they belong? #Disabilitypridemonth #Belongingatwork #Inclusion #Inclusionmatters
