The UnCommon Reno project recently wrapped up! #TeamHelix field crew successfully brought this project to the finish line just in time for school to start. Hats off to our entire UnCommon team and the additional Helix personnel that assisted. This project consisted of a 191,445sq ft. 7 story building with two levels of parking and 5 of residential, 142 parking spaces, and 330 beds in 125 units. Helix scope included fire alarm, smoke control, two-way communication, distributed antenna, CCTV, Access Control, Wifi, teledata/tv, and AV. #renonevada #constructionindustry #trades

Honolulu Consolidated Rental Car Facility = Phase One Complete. #TeamHelix recently completed the first phase of this 1.8 million square foot facility with Contrack Watts. Completion is expected by early 2022.
We are excited to break ground with Level 10 Construction and Father Joe?s Village on the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Villa project in downtown San Diego. This project will provide over 400 low income apartments, with over half being allocated as permanent housing for San Diego?s homeless families. Click the link below to learn more about this project.
#TeamHelix Hawaii recently celebrated the energization of the Central Utility Plant at Hawaii State Hospital. Helix partnered with Hensel Phelps on this 144-bed forensic psychiatric hospital located at the foot of the Ko?olau Mountain Range in Kaneohe, HI. We are excited to be involved in a project that?s purpose is to inspire patients, visitors, and staff as a place of healing and personal discoveries while creating a safe and secure environment for staff and for the treatment of patients.

I had the pleasure of meeting 3 bright Helix interns: Kevin Cavada, Dylan Zamsky, and Hugo Romero. Dylan, Hugo, and I walked the Variel Jobsite with PM Mark Koenigsknecht. It was a blast! Hugo and Dylan were a lot of fun and Mark did an amazing job pointing out interesting and noteworthy details on the jobsite. Variel is a Luxury Senior living center that will stand out from surrounding structures due to the use of prefabricated wall panels.?
