From preventive and restorative care to education, it was an honor to join Bright Island Outreach and the many volunteers, students, and providers who dedicated their time and skills to those in need. “This mission trip was a powerful reminder that when relationships lead, transformation follows. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support oral health care, but it was the shared stories, smiles, and genuine connection with such a generous and welcoming community that reminded us why we do this work in the first place,” said Kyle Guerin, Director, Corporate Social Responsibility. 📸: https://bit.ly/483i7il
At the heart of Henry Schein’s success is #TeamSchein. We believe that a great employee experience drives a healthy culture, enabling our team to innovate, problem solve, and grow. “As our work continues to evolve, our biggest opportunity is to be intentional in our Team Schein Member (TSM) experience and to continue to foster belonging — no matter where TSMs are. The challenge is ensuring consistency and connection across a variety of work environments, whether an employee is fully remote or at a facility full-time. By listening closely, investing in inclusive leadership, and reinforcing our values, we can strengthen our culture and help Team Schein flourish in a rapidly changing world,” said Christine Sheehy, Chief Human Resources Officer. “Our full-year guidance, which we are maintaining, continues to reflect earnings weighted to the second half of the year. Stan Bergman will retire as Chief Executive Officer at the end of the year, remaining as Chairman thereafter. "Henry Schein has been my professional home for 45 years and I will conclude this chapter of my life with enormous gratitude for the opportunity to serve as CEO and with great confidence in the Company’s future,” said Stan Bergman, Chairman and CEO. Thank you, Stan, for more than four decades of dedication and leadership to #TeamSchein. Read the full press release at https://bit.ly/4eQOXEu.

We expect 2025 to be the base year from which to grow and achieve our previously provided long-term goal of high-single digit to low-double digit earnings growth," said Stan Bergman, Chairman and CEO.
