Connect with our CEO! Out CEO - R Srikrishna (fondly called as Keech) visited our India offices in the last 2 weeks of May. Keech met with almost every Unit team in Chennai and those in Mumbai and Pune too as he came to the Hexaware Campus through the week. The meetings were also attended by t he organization leaders of every function. From New Joiners of Hexaware to the tenured folks in the organization Keech met with several folks in focused meetings. This was also followed by an R&R ceremony in all the locations of Chennai, Pune and Mumbai. While the teams shared their success stories - some groups also spent time brainstorming for ideas on their respective processes and each of them got some time to discuss their thoughts with the CEO himself. His remarkable presence made these sessions so worthwhile and a lot of Hexawarians also got to meet him in person for the very first time and they were nothing less that elated to say the least! Such is Hexaware culture - Open and transparent where everyone is here to grow along with the company!
#HexawareInYourHometown! Hexaware in your Hometown brought the magic of togetherness to every city it visited. We chose 10 cities basis the current home locations of our employees and planned fun filled yet impactful meetings along with some of our leaders in various cities! Families of our employees were invited too and the meetings brought a smile on all of their faces and we lived by our purpose of creating smiles through great people and technology! Our CEO, R Srikrishna (also called as Keech internally) visited our India Offices in Chennai and Mumbai and met different teams in the last month! Keech took his time out and spoke to several teams across domains in his time in India. He was "brilliant" as usual.
