Our CEO shared a special message of support encouraging employees to join the program. This initiative helped employees prioritize breaks during the workday by offering a curated playlist of engaging videos on the Wellbeats app featuring stretching routines, healthy meal ideas, and guided meditations. Participants reported increased productivity, reduced stress, and improved focus. Taking breaks empowers our team and increases their wellbeing.
