Here's what Kyle said about his InBloom experience so far: "I was hired by InBloom as an RBT. My first day of training was on January 9th, 2023. I got my first kiddo later that month and am still with him to this day. Through the InBloom RISE program, I am now an RBT II. My favorite part of working in this field is how rewarding it is. Seeing the kids you work with progress in so many ways is the most awesome feeling one could feel. I enjoy how all of my peers feel the same way towards kids’ success as I do, and it makes for a great staff. This is my first experience with ABA, but I have a history of working with students and children in more of an educational setting. I was formerly a paraprofessional at a high school and an elementary school. I enjoy ABA as it is more personalized, making connections with the kids feel stronger, thus leading to a prouder moment when success occurs. I enjoy the current field I am in. I want to continue to advance in the field of ABA. I could also see myself returning to the school system as a teacher. I know my future will be working with kids!"

Our kiddos aren't the only ones blooming! Meet Olivia 👋 She attended one of our Open House Hiring Events and in just over a month, she was hired- completed our #RBT 101 training program, and passed her exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician! All this while still going to school for her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health. Way to go, Olivia! 🎉

We love celebrating these milestones! 🥳 Laurel began her InBloom journey back in 2018 as one of our RBTs in our Orlando service area. She then transitioned into our Student Analyst program while working towards her masters degree in ABA. After that, she was promoted to Lead RBT at our Winter Park Learning Center, and that's when she discovered her passion for the operational side of the company. Then in 2021 she was promoted to Operations Manager of our Apopka Learning Center in Central Florida! Congrats on 4 awesome years, Laurel- we're honored to have you on our team!
