Yesterday was a heartwarming day of giving! Fifty Insight teammates served meals to families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities homes in Chantilly, VA; McAllen, TX; Tampa, FL; Charlotte, NC; and our corporate headquarters in the Phoenix area. Topping off these efforts was the presentation of $125,000 in total donations, given through Insight's Noble Cause campaign to help fund new technology that directly benefits RMHC staff and the families they serve. ICYMI: Our Teammate Resource Group, Unidos With Insight, organized a series of in-person and online events across North America to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Insight teammates came together to honor and learn about the rich heritage and contributions of the Hispanic community.
Insight Sales Academy is a 12-month, fast-paced and dynamic training and development program that prepares new teammates in North America for a career in sales through four training phases in a cohort led by a sales coach and sales manager. Graduates are hired full time and get valuable hands-on experience to jump-start their career. Team culture is one of the primary reasons why Insight is consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work. And that team culture extends to our furry friends! Insight’s canine coworkers did a fantastic job at demonstrating our core values of hunger, heart, and harmony during Bring Your Dog to Work day (especially hunger)! With pups taking on roles such as Chief Dog Officer and Senior Fetch Specialist, it was a very productive day full of smiles, treats, and lots of belly rubs. It made for a truly memorable and paws-itively great day.
At Insight, we prioritize the health and well-being of our teammates, embodying our core value of 'Heart' - to foster a supportive environment. As part of this commitment, we recently hosted a webinar on women's health, led by Dr. Sarika Gupta from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, focusing on menopause and breast cancer, with special attention to breast cancer, in light of October month's awareness. It was encouraging to see active participation from our teammates, reinforcing the need for proactive health measures.

At Insight, we support and develop our teammates. Our goal is to promote from within as much as possible, and in 2023, more than 1,000 teammates received promotions. One key to growing our teammates is a robust set of training programs. We offer a total of 113 training workshops for teammates to further their knowledge and develop their personal career. In 2023, 2,398 teammates participated in our training sessions.
