THE MEET OUR MANAGERS SERIES MATT KELLER - TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER Matt has been with IEL for two years now. Matt went to The Ohio State University for college and now resides in Fairfield Township with his Wife Amanda and their two kids - Karley (10) and Mia (6). For 13 years, Matt worked as a recruiter for some of Cincinnati's top growth companies. Matt has five and a half years of experience hiring sales in the third-party logistics industry. Matt loves that even though IEL has had 13 years of incredible growth and success, he feels that IEL hasn't even scratched the surface of what we can become! He is excited to see what the future holds for IEL and their employees. Matt is surprised that even with the unbelievable growth IEL has had, we still have maintained that small company feel and culture. This is explains why Matts favorite word to describe IEl is HOME! Matt considers his co-worker's family because we all can lean on each other through the good & bad - We celebrate each others career and personal milestones/accomplishments.
