THE MEET OUR MANAGERS SERIES DAN RATCLIFF, Vice President of Sales Dan, more commonly known as “Woody,” has been a part of our team since way back. He spent eight years as a Logistics Account Executive before moving on to management and has always had a passion for sales. For Woody, the most exciting part about being a manager is watching performing members of the sales team believe in the process, gradually build a solid book of business, and then seeing that process pay off. His favorite word to describe IEL is “fulfillment.” Woody says, “Success in sales doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a marathon and you have to dedicate yourself to accomplish your goals.” With that said, he says the most surprising thing about IEL is how fast someone can change their life, with hard work and determination. Woody grew up in Cincinnati and went on to attend Ohio University. Married for nine years, he currently lives in Loveland with his wife and their four children.
