THE MEET OUR MANAGERS SERIES MIKE MOREHEAD, Operations Manager Mike is a long time IEL employee and one of the special forces that helped to open our Tampa office. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio and his past experience includes sales, customer service and finance. Mike believes all of this past experience taught him how to lead by example – especially in a world where changes are consistent. He says the most exciting thing about Integrity is the growth. “I love the growth of our company. What we have seen so far is just a little taste of what the future holds for IEL.” Another thing Mike finds super exciting is the breadth and talent level of all employees across the board. When he thinks about the one word he would use to describe IEL, “family” instantly comes to mind. He says, “we are growing but still have that close-knit feeling.” Mike currently lives in Clearwater, Florida with his wife of four years and their brood of pets. He is a dedicated IEL employee and we appreciate all he has contributed, and will continue to contribute, to our ever-growing team.
