MEET OUR MANAGER SERIES: Please meet Mr. Leland McRoberts, Training Manager Leland grew up in Cincinnati and moved to Tampa, Florida in 2014 with his Wife Jamie, Son LJ (2 years old) and daughter Kennedy (9months). Leland went to Wilmington College for undergrad and continued his education at Liberty University. His past experiences have taught him that his successes are not his alone. There have been many people who have impacted his development along his journey and he is so thankful for them. The most exciting thing for him about working for IEL is watching people take advantage of the opportunity they are given to change their life. Which explains why opportunity is his favorite word to describe IEl! The most surprising thing about IEL is the amount of growth they have had but are still able to keep that small company feel. The family atmosphere is his favorite part about working at IEL. He loves that he can work and manage his book of business the way he thinks is best but at the same time has a great team to back him up whenever needed. Jason has been a Football coach for 25 years now. On his first day of training with Captain Andrew Ackerman, he was nicknamed coach and it has stuck ever since.
