A pioneer in corporate sustainability, Interface now serves the role of a real-life commercialized example of what the carbontech industry seeks to do – use carbon as a resource in commercial and consumer products. This New York Times Magazine article details Interface’s carbon-reduction endeavors, as well as other carbontech solutions, such as CO2-infused concrete. It also talks about the potential for consumer-focused products, and the need for a CO2 value chain to drive transformation with carbontech. Interface is named part of the “global carbontech vanguard,” alongside innovative concrete company CarbonCure and carbon recycler LanzaTech.

Our workplace design strategy, as well as our flooring, serve as an example for other companies and our clients.
Interface is featured as a case study for circular business in the July / August 2021 issue of the Harvard Business Review.
