Interface is proud to announce our Collaboration from Home policy, a work from anywhere opportunity! We, at Interface Engineering, have learned since the pandemic that flexibility and diversity are the keys to success. This includes flexibility and diversity in design, thought, and in our team member’s professional growth, and preferred geographic locations. Having worked in 45 states and 90 countries, we were already collaborating across many diverse geographic locations, cultures, and time zones. Prior to the pandemic, Interface Engineering was already well positioned for Work from Home and invested in the technology for effective remote collaboration. Come work with us!

Let's celebrate Women in Engineering!!
On March 17th, we released OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE to our network. We wanted to let our colleagues, team members and friends know how we intended to continue business operations with health and safety in mind. Our teams have redoubled their efforts to expand availability, increase communication and advance their project work for our clients. We’re working differently and adjusting to this dynamic situation. As many understand, we are currently focusing all our attention on our existing project work and the needs of our current staff. Therefore, we have slowed our recruiting and hiring efforts. At Interface, our staffing philosophy is to hire strategically, for the long-term. At this time, we are evaluating all of our positions with an eye on immediate future needs and hiring for the most critical positions. It is our intention to maintain communication with our future team member network! We are happy to answer any questions you have and provide you with the resources to apply to these opportunities.
In this dynamic time, we at Interface Engineering wish you all safety and health.
