Three of Invesco’s senior leaders held a candid conversation on the ‘power of diversity’ at the 2019 Barron's Women Summit. The Summit was designed to facilitate a free-flowing exchange of information and insights from the industry's most accomplished women advisors. Moderated by Lisa Kueng, Director Creative Campaigns, Suzanne Christensen, Chief Risk Officer and Invesco Women's Network Chair and Global Advisor, and Wash Dender, Global head of HR, provided an overview of Invesco’s focus on gender diversity and how the Invesco Women's Network (IWN) benefits women individually and the firm as a whole. IWN energizes “the ‘lift’ effect for women interacting with other influential women.” said Suzanne. “Lack of gender diversity is not just a problem for women to fix. Helping women succeed is an imperative and must be a collaborative effort that includes men, as well as any skeptics,” Suzanne concluded. #greaterpossibilitiestogether
