We’re excited to announce JetBlue was named to Forbes Best Employers for Diversity, coming in at 120 and among the top three airlines included on the list. At JetBlue, we’re focused on creating an inclusive and diverse environment where our crewmembers feel valuated and respected. A few notable ways we champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are offering innovative programs for crewmembers to grow their careers through JetBlue Gateways and JetBlue Emerging Talent (JET) Pathways. We also provide an inclusive uniform policy, are committed to diversifying leadership and highlighting the ongoing work of our eight Crewmember Resource Groups. In addition to receiving the Forbes distinction, JetBlue was recently recognized by Newsweek on their lists of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity and America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women, reinforcing our DEI efforts as an industry leader in aviation.
Congratulations to our Tech Ops team for coming in 6th overall (out of 84 teams) at this year's Aerospace Maintenance Competition in Atlanta. And for the second consecutive year, we took home 1st place for the wing sealant event! Putting their skills to the test across 27 events, these results testify to our AMC team's intensive training and dedication, with a marked improvement from 2022. In the commercial aviation category — which includes major airlines — our team ranked 4th overall. Interested in joining our industry-leading Tech Ops team? Visit careers.jetblue.com to apply.
