Our new mission and vision establish a clear, shared North Star for KIPP Public Schools. Building on this work, we sought to develop an external narrative that told the story of KIPP today. We called upon hundreds of KIPP students, alumni, families, and educators from coast to coast to better comprehend what KIPP’s new direction meant in their own words. Reflecting the voices of our Team and Family, our new narrative serves as a powerful depiction of the KIPP – and world – we collectively aspire to help create: identity affirming, joyfully challenging, and united in opportunity and purpose.
