Kent has secured a comprehensive 3-year framework contract with Repsol Norge to provide a suite of services in the North Sea. We will support various operations with studies, specialist engineering support, and EPCI packages. Leveraging over 40 years of expertise in structural integrity across offshore assets, we are uniquely positioned to enhance service delivery and strengthen our long-standing partnership with Repsol Norge. This contract underscores our commitment to operational excellence in the energy sector.
We're working with Taylor Woodrow and BGEN on ExxonMobil's Fawley UK Oil Refinery's £800M expansion. The contract includes the construction, completion, and commissioning of a new Diesel Hydrotreater and a Hydrogen Plant. By putting together our project management, construction, and completions & commissioning experience, with Taylor Woodrow's and BGEN’s capabilities, this project is anticipated to boost the low-sulphur diesel production at Fawley by 40%, striving to reduce imports into Britain by a quarter.

Our latest Sustainability Report outlined that our carbon emissions were 40,583.05 T CO₂, with most of those emissions coming from our operational sites. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got hands-on to make a positive change. We're piloting different sustainability initiatives at various operational locations, with plans to roll them out further. From embracing solar energy to power our operations, upgrading to more efficient generators, and shifting to hybrid vehicles wherever possible - we’re all in for a 30% reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2027.
