This Pride Month, Kohl's Pride Business Resource Group is celebrating with various events and Pride parades across the country. Our associates are once again coming together to celebrate the community, the way we do all year long!
Throughout the month of April, Kohl’s associates participated in our Spring into Service volunteer initiative supporting causes they’re passionate about. From tree planting to food bank distributions to park cleanups and more -- we made an impact in our communities together! For every volunteer hour tracked and approved in April, the benefiting nonprofit received a $50 reward through the Kohl’s Cares Volunteer Program.
In celebration of Black History Month, Kohl’s Black Professionals BRG hosted a variety of events for associates to get involved. From break room and office decorations, to speaker events, to gathering with teammates for a live music happy hour at our HQ. We’re celebrating together!

Did you know we have honey bees at Kohl's HQ? Our Sustainability and Environmental Compliance team teamed up with a local Menomonee Falls, WI beekeeping company to host and support our bee colony to strengthen our biodiversity efforts right on our campus. The local honey is now bottled and ready at our Kitch cafe for Kohl’s associates to shop and enjoy!

In June, Kohl's hosted its annual ESG Summit. Leaders throughout the organization shared their initiatives within DEI, HR, Philanthropy, Sourcing, Climate Strategy, Facilities and Logistics. Our associates had the opportunity to learn how Kohl’s ESG strategy is put into action -- from how we power our stores, to how we make our products, to how we ship those products to customers, to how we identify and retain the best talent, to how we show up in our communities, and so much more.
In recognition of Great Outdoors Month, Kohl’s announced a $100,000 donation to the National Park Foundation’s Outdoor Exploration program.
