LPL Financial's Leadership Excellence Achievement Program (LEAP) has launched an exciting initiative to recruit talented individuals from universities across the country. LEAP offers a 10-week, paid summer internship and full-time entry-level programs, providing opportunities for the next generation of leaders at LPL Financial to develop personally and professionally. The University Relations team is dedicated to finding and attracting exceptional individuals who will contribute to the strategic vision of the company. The program not only offers valuable mentorship and networking opportunities but also allows interns to work on real-world projects, gaining practical experience in their chosen field. The interns themselves have shared positive feedback, highlighting the supportive company culture and the chance to make a meaningful impact. With a focus on diversity and inclusion, LEAP provides a platform for interns to connect with a diverse community and gain critical thinking skills. Overall, the LEAP program at LPL Financial is committed to nurturing talent and creating a vibrant learning environment for future leaders in the financial industry.

This award recognizes the top 50 Most Impactful Women in Technology. We couldn't be prouder of Bhuvana and Swati for their outstanding achievements and contributions. They have not only surpassed expectations but have also actively advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and championed gender equality. They are true trailblazers, paving the way for the next generation of women to excel. What makes this even more special is that LPL Financial was the only company on the list with two leaders recognized! We're excited to share some highlights from the incredible "Rising the Ranks as a Female in FinTech" webcast that took place on September 20, 2023. Led by our talented Talent Acquisition Leader, Margaret Campbell, this event aimed to showcase the LPL brand story and connect with diverse prospects and candidates. Margaret worked closely with three remarkable female leaders, Kristie Edling-Day, Kate Shackleton, and Megan Perry, to provide attendees with a unique opportunity to gain insights into their careers and receive valuable career advice. We were blown away by the turnout, with a whopping 300 attendees. This success can be attributed to the strong networks of our leaders, the compelling topics covered, and the dedicated efforts of our Talent Attraction team.
Thanks to our employees who answered the call and joined us on-campus in San Diego and the Carolinas at the cafes to make more than 185 "Be Bold, Go Gold" capes for Camp Reach for the Sky, signature programs of Oncology and Kids (OAK) a nonprofit organization that provides safe spaces for children affected by cancer and their families to create lasting memories, forge lifelong friendships, and build the resiliency they need to heal. Camp songs were sung at both locations with help from OAK's Madrid (Bernie Mauricia) and Yoda (Robby Medina). In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and World Gratitude Day, more than 65 LPL employees also made 130 mini-canvases for caregivers, helping to empower, care for, and share gratitude with the heroes in our communities. 💛 #OTOM #ActsOfKindness

We’re pleased to announce Commerce Financial Advisors, the retail brokerage and advisory division of Commerce Brokerage Services, Inc., has joined LPL’s Institution Services platform. Commerce Financial Advisors is made up of nearly 30 financial advisors who collectively serve approximately $4.8 billion of brokerage and advisory assets.
