We’re thrilled to congratulate the first graduating class of the North American Cheese Academy — a groundbreaking internal program designed to cultivate technical expertise and elevate careers in the art and science of cheese making. Over the past year, participants immersed themselves in six intensive, hands-on modules, mastering the craft of cheese production and technical monitoring. This program is more than just training — it’s a testament to our investment in people, passion, and progress. Our newly minted graduates are now equipped to drive operational excellence across our facilities in Canada and the U.S., bringing their deep knowledge and skills to every wheel, wedge, and block. As we gathered for our annual national meeting in Arlington, TX, our talented employees took time out to produce more than 2,300 pizzas that were delivered to 34 shelters in the Dallas area. Thank you to all our team members who worked to help feed people in need. We are One Team with Passion!
