At Lamar Advertising, we’re proud to celebrate the success of our Emerging Leaders Program, which concluded its 2025 summit in October. Designed to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles, this program reflects our ongoing commitment to developing talent from within. Throughout the program, participants engaged in hands-on learning, coaching, and networking across departments—building essential leadership skills in communication, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and leading through change. Graduation for this talented group of Emerging Leaders will take place in March 2026, marking the culmination of months of growth, connection, and leadership development. The Emerging Leaders Program continues to demonstrate Lamar’s dedication to empowering our people to grow, lead, and inspire.

Our Panama City office recently hosted the Junior Leadership Bay 11th-grade class for an afternoon of hands-on learning. Students toured the shop, explored equipment with our operations team, and learned about safety and career pathways. They also joined us in the conference room for a deep dive into the OOH industry, creative design, sales, and what it’s like to work at Lamar. This outreach helps us connect with the next generation of talent—students we might not otherwise have the opportunity to reach.
Lamar recently hosted LaMarket, a fun pop-up event where local artists and employees got to showcase their hidden talents, from handmade crafts to unique creations! It was an incredible way to bring our community together and highlight the creativity and passion within our team.
