On June 1st, Lamar partnered with the Louisiana Art & Science Museum to host a special day of fun and learning for our Corporate employees and their families—with free admission to the museum! As part of the experience, employees had the chance to enjoy science-themed activities and explore the museum together.

His insights into community engagement, leadership, and impact-driven strategy were truly an inspiration for our teams!
Our Hartford, Providence, and Albany offices recently wrapped up a friendly sales contest to see which team could climb the leaderboard the fastest. (Albany took the win!) Afterwards, everyone met up for a fun afternoon of bowling and lunch at a local casino. It was a fantastic time filled with laughs, team bonding, and great energy. We’re so grateful for leadership that values team culture and makes moments like this possible.

A big congratulations to Monica Robinson, our VP of Sales Support Services, for being named one of the top women in OOH Spotlight of 2025! With 24 years of experience in the Out-of- Home advertising industry, Monica has focused on sales support strategies, streamlining client-focused processes, and implementing innovative technologies to build for continued success and improvement. Outside of her work life, she is passionate about giving back to the community through organizations such as Junior Achievement, where she helps middle school girls develop critical skills such as leadership and confidence. Monica is also a proud mom of two and a wife, where she finds joy in family time. We are thrilled to celebrate this recognition of Monica! Our HR team recently enjoyed a fun and refreshing team-building event! From friendly competition at the arcade and relaxing time at the farmhouse, to a creative cookie-building class and a strategic thinking session, we balanced fun and focus perfectly. Since many of the team members work remote, it was a great time to connect, recharge, and get to see the whole team together. Experiences like these help strengthen the team and build lasting and meaningful connections.
Our Sales School training starts with a 4-day, in person training session at our Corporate office. This training provides a comprehensive introduction to selling Out of Home advertising along with guest presentations that discusses more of our sales applications, tools and available resources. A 6-week online onboarding program is also provided to our new Sales team members, which guides them through each stage of the sales process. This covers periodic manager check-ins, interactive assignments, and an “AE in a Box” kit including a training workbook. All together, this equips our sales team with the tools and knowledge for success at Lamar Advertising!

Lamar Advertising has partnered with the City of Baton Rouge to address urban blight. Pending approval, Lamar will remove abandoned signs throughout the city at no cost to taxpayers. Upon approval of the agreement, Lamar Baton Rouge Vice President and General Manager Trey Roberts told the Daily Report that Lamar will begin removing signs on a monthly basis. These efforts aim to create a cleaner and improved city for both residents and businesses.
