As part of our Annual Leadership Conference last week, attendees learned more about valuable leadership skills such as dealing with struggles as a leader, avoiding burnout and using the power of gratitude from our keynote speaker Nataly Kogan. During our Reduce Your Use campaign last month, MAA teams from six of our Atlanta communities encouraged residents to conserve energy and water and to reduce their waste. From breakfast-on-the-go to a community coat drive, this initiative showed that with just small, smart changes, we can create a way towards more sustainable living.
