Our Nevada Community Outreach Team partnered with the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS) and The Courtyard (Homeless Resource Center) to provide Nevada members with a new location where they can pick up their Monthly bus passes. Their Contact Center also had the opportunity to visit a lot of these sites, including Catholic Charities to learn more about the services and how they support our unhoused members.
Our Community Outreach team recently participated in the Aghaby Clinic Resource Fair in Las Vegas, offering education and support on Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation benefits. The event, hosted by the Nevada Homeless Alliance's Project Homeless Connect, provided crucial resources like housing assessments, medical assistance, hygiene kits, and more for the local unhoused community. MTM's Community Outreach Team recently had the opportunity to attend the Annual School Health and Education Resource Fair in Las Vegas, Nevada! At the event, the team engaged with Medicaid recipients , providing resources to further their independence and get them to their medical appointments on time safely. Great work team!
