It’s that time of year again: World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD)! WDSD is celebrated each year, today, March 21st (3/21). The date is significant, because Down syndrome is caused when an individual has THREE copies of the 21st chromosome (get it, 3.21). To celebrate WDSD, comment down below wearing your most fun, colorful, or mismatched socks. The socks help us all to celebrate our differences, which are a great thing!

Phil Stalboerger, Vice President of Public Affairs, is often promoting NEMT to lawmakers, stakeholders, and sharing how MTM operates in various parts of the country. Since 2013, Phil often says, “Don’t forget to look up", while he is traveling. Often times he can be found at State Capitol buildings, which he says are often “mammoth pieces of beautiful architecture and history.” Can you guess where these are located? Tune in daily this week to guess more from his travels!
One of MTM's passions is being apart of such incredible organizations, such as Make-A-Wish. We were recently honored to be apart of Keegan's story! Keegan wished to create his own furry friend to raise awareness for liver cancer. The video below is in memory of Keegan and the incredibly legacy he has left behind as part of his wish.
As we continue to highlight our strong, female workforce, help us give a shoutout to more incredible women who make an important difference at MTM!
