Around the country, MTM proudly partners with home and community based service (HCBS) providers to promote positive health outcomes. In Florida, we work with providers like art therapists, music therapists, and equine therapists to provide non-traditional therapies to Medicaid members. Recently, one of our art therapy providers, Miami Supreme Home Services, hosted a music and craft event that allowed its art and music therapy clients to showcase their hard work and talents.
MTM’s Bench Program identifies and develops future leaders in the company. The 2021 Bench Program includes a Brand Ambassador Certification, which involves a handful of engaging, interactive meetings and assignments. This year, participants were asked to nominate who they think is the most positive leader at MTM for the Positive Leaders Award. Congrats to our winners!
