Today's #MTMReferral success story comes from HRIS Analyst Brittany Nolle. She referred Payroll Specialist Shelby Nolle, who's been with MTM for over a year! Brittany says, "Shelby is fun, outgoing, and a very hard worker. She has her bachelor’s degree in accounting from SIUE, with past work experience in payroll, medical insurance and accounting. It was a perfect fit!"

On this day in 1971, National Women's Equality Day was officially celebrated! The date was selected to commemorate the 1920 certification of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution, granting women the right to vote. When asked what women's equality means to her, President and CEO Alaina Macia says, "It means a woman is treated as a person, fully capable of any task, position or challenge...ensuring women have the space to make their opinions known and feel safe doing so is critical."

MTM is excited to be volunteering at the Missouri NICA race weekend – August 28th and 29th at Indian Camp Creek Park in Wentzville, MO, and want YOU to join us! The goal of Missouri NICA is to facilitate the development of high school and middle school teams/clubs for grades 6-12 and provide the education, training, licensing, and insurance for coaches and volunteers.
