In this quarter's Transit Talks, Senior Vice President of Operations Ed Overn discusses the importance of weather safety and how MTM Transit leads the industry in preparing for inclement weather events.
Our Dispatch Team in Salem, OR is always a great support when implementing safety. The team created interactive boards to remind their Drivers to always evaluate and assess surrounding areas.

More Halloween fun from our Transit offices last week! State College drivers were "treated" after answering safety questions correctly. Their main focus during the Safety Blitz was G.O.A.L., which stands for "Get Out And Look!" Remember, always be aware of your surroundings!

Earlier this week, Technicians Claudio Gonzales and David Thompson from the MTM Transit Austin South location participated in the Maintenance Rodeo Competition in the region and achieved a 1st place win! This consisted of several diagnostic and component type failures/challenges to review and solve correctly and in a specific amount of time. They had the best accuracy and times for making correct repairs.
