United Against Racism (UAR) is a long-term, multi-million-dollar commitment to address the many impacts that racism has on Mass General Brigham patients, employees and the broader community. We believe that systemic racism is a public health issue which impacts our patients, workforce and the communities we serve. Working collectively, we are taking action across the system to dismantle racism and learning as we go. Our mission: To dismantle the barriers, systems and actions inside and outside our walls to provide excellent medical care and equity for all.
Mass General Brigham needs to hire both clinicians and non-clinicians to help us with our vaccination efforts. Clinicians will vaccinate patients and we are hiring the following: advanced practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, pharmacists, certified medical assistants, medical school students, nursing school students. We are also hiring non-clinical staff to perform: patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, food service, traffic control, support services.
