Over the next five years we're planning to invest more than $200M to expand our research and development facilities and support infrastructure and equipment needs at our 9 locations in Wisconsin. Milwaukee Tool’s focus will always be the safety of our employees, and their families. We are proud for our President, Steve Richman, to be recognized by Glassdoor as a Top Leader during these uncertain times.
During these uncertain times all of us are doing our part to keep each other safe and healthy. For many that means taking steps to stay at home, for others it means putting their lives at risk on the front lines. We are doing our part by donating all remaining inventory of N95 respirators to hospitals in need. Together, we can get through this. #TOGETHERweSTAND
The best people make the best products. The best products build even better relationships with our distribution partners. Our latest expansion news in Olive Branch, Mississippi will allow us to continue to build world class teams delivering world class service.
At Milwaukee Tool, we proudly support the communities surrounding our facilities. We empower all employees to give back to their communities through many means including paid volunteer time and through opportunities to leverage their talents. The 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, is a distinct staple in Wisconsin. This unique design on their aircraft was an employee led initiative combining our design team’s world-class talent, and shared passion to represent the innovation that comes from Wisconsin. As they fly all over the world, the 128th Air Refueling Wing is proud to represent where they are from, and Milwaukee Tool is proud to be a part of their mission.
Providing opportunities for all of our employees to get their hands on our tools is something we believe helps make Milwaukee Tool a great place to work. Regardless of their positions in the organization, our employees are passionate about and committed to providing the best solutions to our end users and distribution partners. Last week, our Hand Tool team provided our employees with yet another educational hands-on experience.
Last week Milwaukee Employees had the opportunity to demo some of our new products that we showcased at our #nps19 event. This was a great event for our employees to see what other teams have been working on.
Milwaukee Tool’s interns are taking STEPS towards driving empowered leadership across the organization. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish! #interns #milwaukee #milwaukeetool
