Crew members from our Lincoln, NE office recently competed in the Skills USA National Championship through a program called TeamWorks. In this competition, the team worked together using carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and masonry skills to put together a small structure over the course of three days. They are judged on their product as well as their process. Their team took place 4th overall, which is a big achievement!

During the month of February, every single crewmen will attend one of six regional crew meetings. This is a great opportunity to better understand Morton Buildings' goals and priorities for 2019, share best practices and give feedback about any challenges the crews face.
Our crews and sales consultants have the opportunity to work toward an annual incentive trip. Next January's location was just announced.
