Nisha Parekh used to take criminal justice and psychology courses at the Temple University College of Liberal Arts, now she’s a recruiter for NGA and on campus today looking for top talent for NGA internships. “What a student could expect out of an internship is working towards a really meaningful mission, having mentorship from senior leaders, personal growth and development,” said Parekh.
In her latest post, NGA Director of Analysis, Susan Kalweit introduces a new formula for organizations to follow if they want to succeed in the smart machine age. The mission intensity formula “emphasizes the importance of investing as much in establishing an organizational culture of trust and inclusion as is invested in modern IT solutions,” said Kalweit.
