In October, Team O'Reilly supported the Ronald McDonald House Charities by gathering donations. Team member Julie G. shared her personal experience with the charity. "In 2014, my daughter, Addie, suffered an accident that resulted in multiple fractures to her skull. She was rushed to the Emergency Room and into surgery. We had an extended stay at a hospital about 10 minutes from our home. However, I met several families who were from surrounding cities, and even from other states. They came with their child and with the clothes on their backs – that was it. This is when I learned about the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) and all that it provides to families in need. These families were miles away from home, yet a warm bed, hot shower, and a meal was provided for them within a few steps from where their child was recovering. We decided to give back and to help other families who were receiving services from the RMH." This is just another example of the O'Reilly Culture! O’Reilly enters a new era as we welcome 1,100-plus team members from Mexico! On Nov. 29, we officially became an international company with the acquisition of Mayasa Auto Parts. With the new support from Mayasa, we can’t wait to see all of the continuous growth that is in our future! This past week, we had our annual Leadership Conference in Dallas, TX.
