One of the main ways One Inc forms relationships with employees from all over the country is by hosting team building meetings. The One Inc Marketing team met for pumpkin carving and fun games in light of Halloween next week. This week we recognize World Mental Health Day on October 10th. One Inc is active in spreading awareness on the role mental health plays in our work environment. As an employer, we offer a health and wellness stipend every quarter to financially support our employees seeking helpful tools to maintain a healthy life. Additionally, One Inc offers wellbeing training courses, mental health webinars and 24/7 access to headspace meditation. We are proud in the strides we have taken to become a more inclusive workforce and continue to provide options for employees to be their best.
Last week, One Inc Senior Leadership Team members gathered in Atlanta to volunteer at the nonprofit organization BackPack Love by filling backpacks with food.
