In the past two weeks, three different Phoenix-based employee groups have volunteered at various food banks and shelters, that provide food, clothing and other necessities for those in need. We are proud to offer a Voluntary Time Off (VTO) Benefit, in which we give our employees two paid days off to volunteer at a charity of their choice, and are thrilled that these employees took the opportunity to volunteer with their teams. We look forward to offering more volunteer opportunities to our employees!
Last week our Jersey City site held their Summer Outing at Liberty House Restaurant. Employees enjoyed some great weather, a summer barbecue buffet and lawn games such as corn hole, ring toss, chess and football. They also surprised Royal Alliance President & CEO Dmitry Goldin with a card and cake, celebrating his 20th anniversary with Royal Alliance. Congratulations Dmitry!

Congratulations to Advisor Group’s Human Resources Department on being named the winner of three Silver and one Bronze Stevie Awards in the 17th Annual American Business Awards! Advisor Group was recognized on June 11th at the 2019 American Business Awards Gala in Manhattan. The entire Human Resources Team received a Silver Stevie in the HR Department of the Year category. The Talent Acquisition Team received a Silver Stevie, and the HR Business Partner Team received a Bronze Stevie in the HR Team of the Year category.
