In case you missed it, Owens Corning Europe is one step closer to achieving our goal of sourcing 100% renewable electricity by 2030! We've secured a 10-year supply agreement that will enable us to tap into solar power generated in Spain, as well as two existing wind-powered sources, virtually ensuring that all of our production sites and science & technology centers in Europe are covered by contracts and virtual power purchase agreements supplying guarantees of origin enabling renewable electricity. Last but certainly not least in our Owens Corning Volunteer of the Year series, we recognize the Taloja employees as the Team Volunteer of the Year Award winners. The Taloja plant employees were honored for two separate volunteer efforts: COVID-19 relief and Konkan region flood relief. Using an OC Foundation grant, the team worked closely with public health departments, government bodies, and nongovernmental organizations to support underprivileged people in the community. #volunteer, #volunteerism, #giveback, #OCgivesback, #OCcares
